How often do you ship orders?

All completed and paid orders are shipped once weekly via USPS First Class.
We currently only ship within the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
I am not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 72 hours of delivery confirmation.

  • Incorrect ring sizes cannot be returned. Please verify your exact ring size before purchasing.

  • Returns will only be accepted if there is a flaw in design or construction.

  • Photos of the issue must be submitted for a return to be considered.

Do you offer custom jewelry?

At this time, I do not offer fully custom pieces.
I may occasionally offer finished to order pieces where the setting is pre-made and finished to your specified size.
These pieces may take up to two weeks to complete.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Proper care is essential to keep your jewelry looking its best:

  • Many of the stones I use are natural and can be damaged by water, soaps, and household cleaners.

  • Please remove your jewelry before washing hands or exposing it to liquids.

  • For cleaning, use a jewelry polishing cloth.

  • Store your jewelry in a protected box or cloth bag when not in use.
