Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of my jewelry, returns are not generally accepted. Each piece is crafted entirely by hand and may have slight imperfections that are part of its character. Please do not expect machine-like precision.

Exceptions

Returns are only accepted in cases of a flaw in design or construction. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery confirmation if you believe your item qualifies. Photographs of the issue must be provided before a return will be considered.

Please Note:

• Returns will not be accepted for incorrect ring sizes. Please verify your exact ring size before placing an order.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging and in unworn condition.

• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance. I am not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

• Returns sent in an envelope, bag, or improper packaging will not be accepted. Please return the item with the same level of care it was shipped to you.
